Minimum Requirements
- Hard Requirements
- Strong interest in Marketing
- Open for remote-work + Self organisation
- Soft Requirements
- Critical consumption of Social Media (can formulate their own opinion about various platforms)
- Proactive interest in content and brands (favorite format/brand and why?)
- On top of new marketing developments & trends
- “Drive” to stay on top of their game in work-relevant topics
- Up for a challenge and to be pushed professionally
Red Flags
- Doesn’t know anything about ODALINE (what we do, projects, clients, philosophy, etc.)
- Experience doesn’t match profile
Green Flags
- Brings something new to the agency (skillset, experience, etc.)
- Fed up with the classical agency silos & systems and ready to disrupt
- Inspiring personality → learning something new from the talk
- Already knows people who work at ODALINE and actively follows them
- Open for remote (but not purely interested in this aspect)
- Passes the Vibe check
- Bonus: Entrepreneurial Background (either proactively pushing their own project during work or in their freetime)

💡 Assess the candidate, but also make sure they have a great experience and their concerns are addressed. Interviews can be awkward, so invest time to make sure the candidate feels good. It's the right thing to do and they will tell others about their experience.

- References: Depending on how important the position is, it can be helpful to get third-party opinions and input
